Registration and login to the program
Any self-employed entrepreneur or private person who registers for the program through the SHPERKA / SHPERKA BONUS CLUB website can become a participant.
Registration takes place directly when you visit the website https://www.shperka.com/shperka-bonus-club. After registering on the site, the participant will be registered in the customer database. By registering, the client gives his / her consent to participate in the SHPERKA BONUS CLUB bonus program and declares that he / she has read the rules of the program. At the same time, by registering, it consents to the sending of commercial notifications by electronic means. The consent is granted for an indefinite period, but it can be revoked at any time at hello@shperka.com.
When registering, the client must state as a contact information the minimum name and surname, telephone contact, email address and bank account number in the form of IBAN if he wants to receive the paid remuneration remitted to his bank account.
After registration, the system will automatically send you a confirmation of registration and then a special discount code for the use of discounts will be generated, which also serves as an identifier of the commission received to apply the bonus payment to the program participant's bank account. The second generated code is used to apply the discount exclusively for the program participant. In this case, the condition of payment of the bonus for the order does not apply and the participant is not entitled to the payment of the additional bonus to the bank account. The company Mgr. Barbora Šperková SHPERKA has the opportunity to cancel the client's participation in this program in case of violation of the rules of the bonus program.
Codes
The program participant obtains 2 types of unique codes.
1, to apply a 5% discount on the entire purchase. This code can be donated by a SHPERKA BONUS CLUB participant to anyone. The gifted customer will receive a 5% discount on their purchase and will also notify us that your unique code has been conveyed and that you are entitled to a reward in the form of 5% of the order after deducting all discounts. The amount will be refunded to your bank account, which you specified in the registration form, after 30 days, when the customer can return the purchased goods.
2, to apply a 10% discount on the entire purchase for you. In this case, it is a discount on the purchase just for you. By applying this discount, you waive any right to further payment of the bonus.

The codes have unlimited validity and can be reused.
Others
The rules of the bonus program can be unilaterally changed or modified, provided that we inform the change or modification and the effective date of the change at least 30 days before the change or modification takes effect by publishing it on the program's website.

Privacy
1. The operator of the bonus program SHPERKA BONUS CLUB processes the provided personal data of the bonus program participant as a client to the extent specified in the program rules, namely name and surname, e-mail, telephone number and bank account number (IBAN), as the processing of this personal data is necessary for registration in the SHPERKA BONUS CLUB bonus program and the use of the client's benefits of this bonus program (performance of the contract), as well as for the resulting fulfillment of the operator's obligations imposed by generally binding legal regulations. If the client does not provide personal data, it would not be possible to register the client in the bonus program and provide him with benefits. The processing of personal data by the operator is performed only for the duration of the client's participation in the bonus program.
2. The client is responsible for the completeness, truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data provided. In the event of a change in the personal data provided, the client is obliged to immediately notify the operator of the change.
3. In the event of out-of-date personal data provided, after the fulfillment of the purpose or if the storage is inadmissible for any legal reasons, the stored personal data will be deleted.
4. The protection of personal data is governed by the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant EU legislation, which also regulates the rights of the client as a data subject. The client has the right to provide information regarding the processing of his stored data free of charge. Provided that the requirements set out in generally binding legal regulations are complied with, the client also has (i) the right to access his personal data, (ii) the right to correct incorrect personal data, (iii) the right to restrict (block) the processing of personal data, (iv) the right to object to the processing of personal data; . The client also has the right to transfer data to another operator if such conditions are met, if such transfer is technically possible.
